Exalted Rules Please read and agree before you start playing

These are the rules of Exalted - BOI, they might change when we see it needed to be changed so please keep updating your self-time to time! Breaking one of the following rules may cause you to get muted or banned for specific time; or may result of character deletion or even IP ban is some cases. The decision is going to be taken by the GMs and it going to be final no matter what. Please follow the below rules to keep enjoying our server:

1. Warcry usage:

– Don’t use Warcry to fight/cause drama.
– It is not a place to curse or use bad language.
– Only English is allowed on Warcries or any public channel , you can use guild / party chat for any other language.

2. Exploitation of Bugs/Glitches:

– It is inevitable to encounter bugs or glitches in all games.
Players who discover any bugs or glitches in game should report the situation to the Game Masters immediately.
Players will be penalized if they are found to be making use of the bug/glitch for their own interest, regardless if the course of action may or may not lead to an unfair advantage in game play over other players.

3. Use of Third Party Programs:

– Advertising, using and (or) distributing 3rd party programs that are used to alter game play, unlock game features that are not currently available to other players or disrupt game play for an unfair advantage.

4. Inappropriate Naming: For simple reference, avoid:

– Impersonation of GM’s and Exalted’s Staff that will mislead or cause confusion to other players.
– Sexual context.
– Vulgarity or otherwise offensive.
– Names that is or may be illegal or is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights.

5. Respect the other players and GM’s:

– Harassment, by definition, persistent, disallowed actions against another
person, is strictly prohibited. Any case which will be reported will not be tolerated!

6.Inappropriate Broadcast/Flooding/Spamming:

– Users are prohibited to spam, flood, or make duplicate posts when using World and Normal Chat.

7.Use of Profanity or Obscenities in any means:

– Users are prohibited to post or link; any links which lead to any sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive imagery or content.

8.Selling items / accounts for real money:

– Users are prohibited to advertise the intent to or commit the act of buying, trading, selling, sharing or transferring access of items or any other game-related feature to another account or player through transactions involving the use of real money.
– Buying, selling or trading in-game accounts is not allowed. Both parties will be IP banned.

9.Game Account :

– We do not allow account sharing so in case you lost item / the whole account , we will NOT get it back to you .

10.Scamming:

– We are not responsible for your items in case you sold / trade it by mistake with other players or misplaced the price, please be extra careful when you do such transactions.

Special Cases:

– In cases where the rules and regulations do not explicitly cover a case, the GM Team will convene and review the case and pass appropriate judgment. Any decision made by the GM Team is deemed final.
